Each time you bring your BMW in for service, you will receive a free car wash and
vacuum. Our waiting room features complimentary refreshments, newspapers, and magazines.
For your convenience we recommend that you make your reservations from 8:00AM to
12:00PM, or 1:00PM to 4:00PM. BMW North America offers 24-hour roadside assistance.
By simply dialing 1-800-332-4269, all BMW vehicles receive a free jumpstart, tire
change and fuel assistance for in-warranty vehicles (other services will be explained
in your Service Manual).
There is a convenient 24-hour drop box at the south entrance of our service department.
Special arrangements can be made to pick up your BMW after hours. A shuttle service
runs throughout the day to your home or office, and a loaner car program is available
to all customers who have made an appointment, whether your BMW was purchased here
or not. We do not discriminate. Our customer service team will follow
up with you after every service to make sure you are completely satisfied.
